Overview –
To provide administration support in a fast-paced office.

Working hours will be Monday- Friday 8:30am – 5pm with 1 hour for lunch.

Holidays – 20 days per annum + BH

Role & Responsibilities

· Check all completed jobs and mark as ready to invoice.

· Chase customers for purchase orders.

· Process quote acceptance orders

· Order parts from suppliers

· Provide customers with regular job updates.

· Liaise with Engineers – providing information & answering any queries.

· Cover for service Planner when required.

· Book Engineer hotels

· Schedule vehicle maintenance

· Follow up all quotes sent to customers to check they have received and if they want to proceed.

· Answer incoming calls, confidently dealing with all enquiries.

· Always provide excellent levels of customer service.

Salary: £17,000.00-£19,000.00 per year

Business Development Executive

Overview

Cold call and network businesses throughout the UK, selling service contracts for automatic and manual doors, gates, car park barriers and roller shutters. Predominantly office based but with a requirement to visit customers when required.

Working hours will be Monday- Friday 8:30am – 5pm with 1 hour for lunch.

Holidays – 20 days

· Time served experience within a B2B Sales position, preferably within the service industry

· Confident with cold calling

· Capable of reaching sales targets

· Able to generate and follow up sales leads

· Able to confidently and accurately quote service contracts

Role & Responsibilities

· Cold calling a variety of businesses

· Able to identify & target specific business sectors/geographical areas

· Networking – Build relationships with potential customers

· Identify requirements for service contract through questioning techniques

· Identify & follow up future requirements/opportunities

· Produce professional service contract quotations and submit

· Follow up all quotes in a timely manner

· Overcome any objections

· Convert to a sale

· Set up customer account

· Set up service contract on the system

· Attend customers premises where necessary

· Represent Pro Door at exhibitions and events throughout the UK

· Complete tenders

Customer Service

· Provide excellent levels of customer service at all times

· Able to calm angry or irate customers

· Go the “extra mile” for all customers
